1. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs apply per order.

2. Delivery Times
The delivery times start only after receipt of payment.

3. Freight Shipping (only for Level 3 XL)
- Delivery is made by a freight forwarder – on working days only (Mon - Fri).
- The freight forwarder will call to arrange a delivery date (notification).
- A valid phone number is required – without it, delivery will not take place.
- If possible, delivery is made behind the first door on the ground floor (provided there is access for unloading equipment), otherwise curbside delivery.
- Please note that delivery of Level 3 XL is only possible if the delivery address is easily accessible for larger vehicles (e.g. trucks with tail lift).

5. Additional Shipping Information
- Tracking: For parcel shipping, you will receive tracking information by email.
- Packing: Rugs are rolled space-savingly along the shorter side and delivered depending on size in a roll or an elongated package (e.g. 150 × 200 cm results in a package approximately 150 x18x18 cm long).
- No parcel stations: Delivery to parcel stations or PO boxes is not possible, as the packages are too long!
- No shipping to islands.
- Shipping only on working days (Mon - Fri, no public holidays, no Saturday).
- Delivery only in household quantities.
